E-book | PDF multi-size pattern with layer print, size 32 – 54

Sewing for a good cause – doing good together. From November 1 to December 31, 2025, 12 exclusive patterns will be available to you free of charge as part of the“Collection with a heart” initiative.

The “CONNECTED” collection was designed exclusively for the campaign by designer Carolin Behrens (formerly Hugo Boss) and lovingly realized by the great pattern labels.
The campaign is part of a fundraising initiative for the benefit of SOS Children’s Villages. We have set up a donation campaign via betterplace.org, in which you can participate on a voluntary basis. Every donation is a valuable support for children and families.

Together we show what our sewing community can achieve!

The patterns are only available free of charge during the campaign period.

Description

Description

Loose-fitting jacket with hood and patch pockets

The hooded jacket is part of the collection with a heart. It has a loose fit and is gathered at the hem with an elastic tape.

There are large patch pockets at the front, the upper ones with flaps. The zipper goes up to the hood and the underlap protects against the wind. The jacket is fully lined.

The jacket with hood is designed for non-stretch fabrics, e.g. wool, softshell, denim, twill, gabardine …

The pattern is a multi-size pattern and contains the sizes 32-54. You can show and hide each size level individually. There are separate pattern pieces for the lining

The pattern pieces already contain all seam allowances. You can show the finished seam lines in the files so that you can easily see how wide the seam allowances and hem allowances are.

The instructions are available online here. You will also find layout plans for the cutting as well as information on materials and consumption. We also explain step by step with pictures and text how to sew the jacket with hood.

You can download the following files after checkout:

  1. A4 PDF pattern file with layers
  2. A0 PDF pattern file with layers (the pattern is in A0 format in width, but can be longer – depending on how much space is required for the pattern pieces).

You will therefore receive the pattern in two formats and can decide for yourself whether you want to print out the A4 file at home, glue it together and get started straight away. If you don’t feel like gluing, you can give the A0 file to a copy store or an online print shop and have a large pattern sheet created for you. Please note the additional printing and shipping costs incurred by the respective provider.

You can open the PDF files with the free Adobe Reader.

We provide you with the pattern file in 2 formats. You can decide which one you want to use; both contain the same multi-size pattern.

You can open the PDF files with the free Adobe Reader.

The A4 file consists of 57 pages that you can print out and glue together yourself. Here you will find precise instructions on how best to proceed and what you should bear in mind: Pattern preparation instructions

The A0 file is a large format page (the pattern is A0 format in width, but can be longer – depending on how much space is required for the pattern pieces), which you can pass on to an online print shop and have a large pattern sheet sent to you. Please note the additional printing and shipping costs of the respective provider. You may also have a copy store nearby that will print out the file for you.
