I turned my hobby into a profession and learned from the ground up. I am a master tailor, lecturer in pattern making and CAD, professional pattern designer for internationally renowned fashion labels and have received various prizes and awards. I am fascinated by turning ideas into my own work and using the cleverest and most effective technologies possible. As a teenager, I practiced sewing on my mother’s machine. For a few years now, it’s been my perfect crafty-creative balance to my office job and I sew almost all my clothes myself.<\/p>\n

Ever since my first pair of smartPATTERN stretch jeans, I have been addicted to the made-to-measure patterns and the many options offered by the configurator. My main areas of responsibility are video editing and translating our content.<\/p>\n

My passion for fabrics and design led me to study textile and clothing technology. I am particularly fascinated by the combination of traditional pattern development and digital technologies. Thanks to my strong interest in computers and software, I work as a freelancer on a variety of projects that bring creativity and technology together.
